The Cheese Is Standing Alone

No one else joined that Justice Gorsuch concurrence in what amounts to wanting to overturn not really just Thunder Basin, though clearly Thunder Basin. This is one of many. If there were more justices and it actually were potentially to become the majority opinion, you know, all of a sudden people come out of the woodwork. Just because you don't join a concurrence doesn't even mean you don't agree with it. The cheese is standing alone here.
