I think the fact that we've seen somewhat of, I guess you could think of it as a little bit of an arms race in terms of foundation models right after the US release GPT-3. The Communist Party of China always sees technology as a means to an ends. And so they don't even 10 years ago when the government was more hands off with technology. They're facing long-term problems in terms of how do you just govern a country of 1.4 billion people.
