The Industrial Air Foundation - What Drives You to Be an Organizer?
I found a hunger on the part of people that other people did not consider very, very extraordinary. I really enjoy teaching people who want to learn. The Industrial Air Foundation and our training make a distinction between an issue and a problem. An issue is something which is specific and concrete. It affects a lot of people. And it's winnable in a relatively short period of time. Problem is something that just affects you,. okay, but it has to bespecific and concrete. Otherwise, it becomes just something you talk about.
