A lot of organizations just have their lead engineers or engineering managers, essentially responsible for the heat seeking missile type work and the PM work. If you're a small team like I don't know that that's where I would invest in headcount is putting a product manager. However, as the organization grows, you start to see specialization and this isn't limited just to Like product managers and platform you start to sees data and we started to see like sre's come on.
