Hopefulness - I'm a Black Queer Folk

I think if we had a media system where we would be able to create and control the distribution of our stories, black people would be can see themselves more. It would just open the doors of what's possible and what kind of conversations that we could have. And I think it would look like things that we've seen before - trailblazing journalism orgs or incredible work to hold power accountable. We all lose out on the future that is possible, but in particular, it's stopping the harm of Black folks not understanding how we can collectively dream for each other.
