Nicky's Plea for Burglary
The man did not recognise the defendant and that's what he was doing in the house. He asked if he could leave via the backdrop of the property. The complainant's partner checked to see that some items had been stolen. Just a day before the burglary, he'd stolen chocolate bars from Iceland. Also admitted stealing a box set of DVDs from the town's Tesco.
