Is There Hope for UBI?
With current technologies, getting to mitigation at zero is impossible. You need to have negative economic growth forever. Current technologies don't resolve mitigation, they resolve adaptation and nothing else. So the hope is maybe eventually a weapon, but may not happen fast enough. But think of it as a form of socialism, right? You have to take essentially the world that is highly and equally distributed today and transfer it to everybody else.
