The 14-year-old boy was last seen in North Belfast on Sunday. He had no history of mental health issues, his mother says. Police were treating it as a normal missing kid case until the bike was recovered and they tried to offer it back to family who'd come up from Dublin. The police have been reluctant to engage with sectarian incidents where young boys have been beaten up on bikes - but that changed after Noah's disappearance.
