Deen: I had to kind of re prioritize a few things, because brian knows i've got my hands in like 800 different pots of activityjust so many dfferent things. It was this like full circle type of process that i went through so that i could step back in and go, ok, i feel rested. That's what se just got done. As a man on his sabaticl i spent some time crying. Eh igot, i let the emotions out. No, there's nothing like a good cry. And an you could very well impact the culture of your organization in a great way by bringing this to their attention. Ye, it's so true!
