China was very cooperative to it the western democracy pomution programs between mid and 19 nineties, and then until mid two thousand ten, until shitiping took power. So why the hnese government, as a known democracy, was willing to open and co operate with his western organizations to promote rulof law, or village election, administrative reform and civil society in china? I found that compared to russia, south arabia, or natomato, north puria, china was very opening.
