How to Build a Playbook for User Roles

Radu: At my company, we've created what we call a playbook. A playbook has the personas, but they also have maps and journey map service blueprints. He says people tend to focus too much on how it looks and forget about the outcome. Radu: I think with time, personas have become this design project where we do like a cool persona card.
