The Importance of Immersing in a Story
"It takes so much work but it also occurs to me just literally every step of the way," he said. "If suddenly some kooky thing happens or some character says this thing, it's like, oh man, I'm taking out of the world now no longer immersed right?" The director and actors have to make sure every performance feels like it's coming from the same place Right? He continued: "And then you know, I was just starting out over like costume designers being like, oh we made sure that like the underwear was correct."
