The Role of Tactic Knowledge in Teaching

I wonder if that conversation about tacit knowledge is relevant to young people just as it is to professionals in an organization. The work of non-acron takuchi on organizational knowledge, I think is relevant here. Sometimes students may gain tacit knowledge and sometimes it's there's no point in going any further. Once you can write a bicycle, there is no point in trying to make that tacit knowledge explicit. It doesn't benefit. There's no, you're not going to figure it out. Just leave it.
