The Bible Is a Political Book
The Jews were never numerically great. Even today, there are total number of Jews in the world is 14 million. The only use of Bible to work out how to govern people for their own good? What does love your neighbor mean? What does it mean that God desires justice and mercy? So the Bible is a political book. It was in Scotland after Scottish Reformation that John Knox began to transform the hierarchical Roman system of governance beginning with the church.
