How Do You Manage Jealousy in a Relationship?

Catherine, my boyfriend, is he overly jealous or justified? How do you manage jealousy in a relationship? I'm sorry that you got cheated on it and I know it's probably bringing up feelings from your marriage. You got to just let him be in the sidelines and move on with your life. And be glad that he's not more involved... That might be a controversial opinion, but it is my true opinion.
