The Importance of Hearing and Not Hearing
Karen: How do you talk about spirits that don't have bodies because, as St Thomas Aquinas says, all of our knowledge comes to us through the senses. There is this real difficulty in coming to term coming connecting with that which is invisible that which doesn't have a body. And I think, Lewis is presenting something like that with a green lady. Well, post full, it is hearing and not seeing that becomes our primary way of correcting ourselves and coming into relationship with with God and with ultimate reality.
