In 2015, the Obama administration tried to pass this rule. It's called the fiduciary rule. And basically what that was was a rule that would have said if you're a financial advisor, you're now legally obligated to act in the best interest of your clients. So we spent a lot of time looking at the market and understanding where are the places where you could really apply technology to move the needle here? That was ultimately where we came up with FAFSA which is subscription-based financial planning focused on the mass affluent market.
