I'm Over 50, but I Was Overqualified and Over the Hill.

Nicolas: We should stop calling people over 50 as over qualified and over the hill. I'm not posting this one because i'm over 50, but i am posting it because i spent many, many years in recruitment,. And really experienced agism and the reality of agism. It still exists there in the work place. Sometimes it's a little bit justified, but mostly it's absolutely not.
