The Return to Law and Order in Britain

It's not clear to me at all that things are going to look any better in two five seven years time yeah I think one of the problems that all of this comes from. The hydrocarbon associated growth that sponsored so much of this stuff over the course of the 20th century hasn't stopped but it's kind of being choked off and what replaces it is a difficulty facing all developed countries again.
