The CMO CRO Misalignment on the Go-to-Market Strategy
On the sales team side, like so, the marketing side is simple. Like if you as a CMO deliver to the level that the company needs for the org to be successful, then there is no misalignment. On the sale side, I think the misalignment comes into the strategy overall. A lot of sales leaders are just, I don't care, feed me 5,000 leads. Just give me leads on my sales team, do its thing.
