The Meaning of Doom in Ezekiel

A lot of scholars would disagree with the way ESV has this again I'm using the ESV your doom has come and if it's a reference again to a chain well that means your bondage has come. So how can the same word again, here we have in Isaiah this description of a crown maybe you know it could be a metal crown,. It could be a garland of something in our round someone's head but it's a positive image whereas back in Ezekiel why would we translate it doom?
