The Importance of Not Allocating Every Single Person to a Project at All Times
The week after we started our first formal shape of cycle, my co-finder Spencer sends me an email saying like, this is one of the best weeks I've had in Tupelo in a long time. It's important not to allocate every single person to a project at all times. Sometimes there are shiny objects that come up and some of them you don't need to work on but some of them are just opportunities where it's like, there's this thing that we can do right now if we take advantage of it.
