How Did You Start Your Real Estate Firm?
I was always been an entrepreneur. I've never had a job. My dad set me up with this big developer in town, the guy that said time inflation are real estate's best friends and I didn't make it. Damien, my cousin and business partner, his dad was out there in Bakersfield buying and renovating like 5, 6, 10 unit kind of small apartment buildings. Like literally walking the building with the contractors and that's how we learn. That's the best education. People always ask, this is better to do that. It just depends.
