We don't look for law enforcement skills. The average age to report the quantico for new agent training has been the same for decades. We're looking for people between the ages of 23 and 37. Your first day on duty as a special agent, you could have the exact same responsibilities as some one that has 20 years on the job. That means that we need to hire people with maturity and that have a lot of experience in those corps areans.
