I think this is going to be such a valuable conversation particularly for my audience. A lot of them as I mentioned are women in perimenopause seeing changes in uh let's say insulin and sex hormone production thyroid potentially as well. You've really given some great actionable items like ketogenic diet you know getting sunlight in the morning but we didn't talk about the suprachiasmatic nucleus or all that. One of the coolest things about it is that we have these like receptors almost at the bottom of the eye so when you have like sunlight coming in you're activating these retinal ganglionic cells that are kind of kind of go up to the brain. It's daytime cortisol
