Our middle child was born with food allergies. He had a severe antibiotic reaction to cheese in our home. So we were told constantly that strict avoidance was all we could do for him. And he was three years old at the time saying, I want to be a dairy farmer like dad. It broke our heart thinking, well, that's not an option. We crowdfunded the $10,000 for their treatment costs,. which I was really hesitant doing in the beginning because I just thought there's a lot more children out there who need that help.
