Ike Es, I'm an Open Book.

i'm very candid in saying i a totally open book. A enough time has passed with my parents deaths that i know nothing i say will bring them back. And the most helpful thing i can do is to be really candid with people about what I experienced. It was not easy growing up. We learned later on that my mam clinically depressed, a borderline by polar a history of mental health challenges. My dad didn't always stand up for the things that he should have stood up for. There was just, and just a lot of being felt that i was not worthy of anything. When i went away to college, things started to improve but then she died. So there was this dual
