So at the end of the book, I have an unfinished list of the kinds of tasks that might make sense in a time of endings. And there's four so far on the list. It goes, you can work to salvage the good that we can have a chance of taking with us from the world that is ending. The third kind of work is a work of discernment. We don't have to agree and come up with a shared plan. We just have to find people to be alongside and collaborate with responding
