When we're uncertain, it makes sense to say, well, let me assume some of this is my state of mind. And what happens if I start to change that? It can be really helpful to give ourselves time periods to be like, you know what, for 6 months, I'm in here and I'm going to do everything I can to make this as good as I can in the 6 months. A lot of times we know we're not satisfied, but we don't know what would satisfy us. Spark type is one thing, but there's a whole bunch of other things that are really important to understand about yourself.
