In pursuit of scale ability, companies water down that experience, and it doesn't work. Not every account should be getting the same exact, precise experience. So i wanted it to be a little bit more fun than better, to better in some ways. You know, some accounts deserve champagne, and some or sparkling water. Nothingxactly what we need to think about.
