Ajahn Chah's Monastery

Ajahn Chah's monastery is a couple of hundred acres of this forest with big old teak trees and vines. You come into the temple and there is a sense that it is not, it doesn't operate by quite the same rules as the rest of the world or the rest of our common life. At night you could see the B-52 go over and even in the Far Horizon you could see flashes of light from bombing in Cambodia and Laos.
