The defence asked burnet ask judge burnett to rule that the prosecution could not say the boys were sodomized or sexually assaulted in jason and damien's trial. But ok, so doctor frank paretti, the medical examiner, like i said before, he had already said that there was no evidence of sexual assault at all. So they were like, they shouldn't be allowed to even imply that they were because they weren't. And also, a huge emotional weight comes along with sexual salt of a child. Yup. So it shouldn't even be mentioned. It shouldn't be implied in any way. There needs to be a ruling that says that, right? Well
