Data Harmonization Along Political or Ideological Lines?

There is increasing friction between along ideological lines, between more authoritarian political systems and democraciesyo. And china are advocating different method of original deos for the data trade. So i do think that there has been maybe ideological, or justlice systematic differences on how country, different countries, ad in different international rules.
