i wonder whether we can get our scientists entirely out of their customs and society and into this, as you mention, transcendent realm. I think there's a mixture there between er bad science led by some kind of moral stance, and er reasonable science put to bad ends in no biological science. And again, this dream of objective, it's not only science. It consists in finding ha language. Chemisty had to find the language of chemistry before it could get anywhere.
