In the audio drama, Francis renounces his right to inherit and be the son of Tom Pietro. He strips off and he gives everything he has - even his cloak. But in a Giotto painting showing Abraham offering up Isaac, Francis is looking up. "To me, it's such an incredible reversal because Francis isn't offering up his son," she says.
