"There's clearly some kind of limit, right? I've been very reluctant over the years whenever there's this conversation about, oh my God, you know, Marvel, fatigue and all that," he says. Bob Eiger said recently, maybe we shouldn't have done a third Ant-Man or a fourth Thor: "We need to kind of give some other characters some breathing room here." The diminishing returns on these Marvel shows is a real thing,. It's just becoming so commoditized that it's less special when you see one. He thinks execution has been a little bit of a problem in this phase of the Marvel movies.
