Do You Have a Babysitter or a Date Night?
I was asking it much more from like a steady state than a rehabilitation standpoint. The other tip that I often give parents especially with super young kids and it was advice that I took myself is set the bar really really low. If you don't have the resources for it or family nearby or like the mom is nursing and the breastfeeding is really unpredictable do something in the house but be dedicated about it.
