How Did You Start Up Your Podcast?

I think it's almost about a year if you look at the time and it actually started when I started dating my husband is when I really stopped. It was never the intention to leave it. You know the more serious my husband I got and then after the marriage I had a bit of a harder time going back to it for a few different reasons. There definitely was a big sense of guilt for sure. Ironically my family were really pushing. They were like you have to keep putting it out. People would reach out to me on Instagram and they would question what's going on. And that for me felt like wow there's really people listening because people would give feedback but it wasn't so
