The Way That Our Minds Develop These Stories That We Live In
In the 70s, scientists cut a nerve center that allows the two halves of your brain to communicate with one another. They would then show people pictures and ask them to choose which image they thought was more interesting. The left side of the brain had seen the chicken image because it could verbalize it without skipping a beat. It's an amazing thing how our minds construct these stories for us in order to make sense of the world around us.
