So I think Josh, maybe we're blending a couple of different concepts here. There's one layer of health policy or systems thinking where we're talking about how we finance health care. And so your options are single payer, fully socialized or some sort of regulated public private system. The second layer of question though is how you pay the providers. There, I do have a platonic ideal in my mind, which is that every American ought to have a primary care provider.
