Nikki's mom died two years ago and her grandmother died just recently. They agree that Nikki will use some of her proceeds from the sale, a little more than $500,000, to help start her career. A lot of the money will be used to help pay for long-term care of Nikki's grandmother who was starting to get ill at the time. And the rest will help dad realize a lifelong dream.
