Should We Run Promotions?
I have no idea why people don't do promotions. It doesn't make any sense. Jolie's a little different because they have like the pretty good product market fit right now. I also think certain categories, like if you're in a category where your competitors who sell a very similar, maybe even commoditized product like mattresses,. There's no reason somebody would go to a Tuft and Needle if they're getting basically another mattress at a heavier discount.
