Are You Using Capacity for Good Customers?

Baker: Bad customers drive out good customers. This is baker's law, as i think he coined a law after himself. And especially with professional firms, this this notion that you have these customers that, in some cases you don't like, and in a lot of cases they don't like you,. But we got to keep em because they're revenue. All ours or good hours. These are all part of the same poor thinking that that a lot of professional organizations employ.
