Energy source challenged several of tera lithiums patents, trying to get them invalidated. Energy source argues the processes symbol patented have been around for decades and are widely used. But earlier this spring, the patent trial and appeal board ruled against energy source. And any company that wants to do that is going to have to license this technology at whatever price terralithium thinks is appropriate.
