The Importance of Facilitation in Design

I really like the phrase alignment diagrams because it helps you focus on the fact that you're communicating an idea concept something to someone in particular. And yeah, it makes it much more obvious to you what you need to think about when you're working on it. There's actually two types of alignment that I talk about in my book.
