The interesting thing about this movie is that the boss is never pictured. It's just you feel his all pervasive presence. And I thought that was incredibly effective because it showed how that kind of power and that kind of oppression works on the day to day. The movies already have this set up of like, I've apprenticed myself to you and like, and it's I'm some in some ways, object and like,I've been to myself before you.
