Neurological examination has an impact on education or explanation for patients to make sense of their condition. We would, you know, kind of use a completely different kind of explanation if we have somebody with a weakness that is a non neurological weakness but more a deconditioning weakness. It also has an impact, of course, for me to know do I need to reassess that and then use it as an outcome measure in terms of regeneration rather than continuing degeneration might give me indications on treatment. There's just nothing as yet on say entrapment neuropathy such as carbotone or radical pain or radical empathy, etc.
