Focus Mode Is a Great Focus Trigger for Your Device
focus mode takes over your device and pushes you in a healthy direction for whatever it is you've chosen you're going to do in that moment. It's about allowing us to be more intentional with our devices and how we use them. The features you can turn on is the dimmed home screen m and so your home screen gets that sort of black overlay, just like it gets in sleep focus mode.
