The Global-Electics Approach to Dialectics

In your book Global Electics Theory and the Politics of Knowing, you call this linguistic feudalism. And you contrast it with a notion called the global-electric approach. I was wondering if you could tell us what global-electics is, and is it related to dialectics? It is, obviously, but I was theorizing my practice in the University of California.I came here to be the founding director of the International Center for Writing and Translation. So from the center, we're little, we're able to have a kind of global conversation among languages.
