The Importance of Selling Your Design

When you're presenting a design to a client, especially in the film space, nobody really wants to just see my flat graphic on black. So I'm always throwing lens flares, glows like maybe like chromatic aberration like fringing it up a little bit because that can make or break a design not necessarily from your technical ability. A lot of times the way I'm getting out of that spot where I'm like this sucks and I don't know how to make it not suck is if I'm working on something and I'll look at artwork that's similar to it.
